We aim to provide all our customers with the upmost care and welcome any feedback whether good or bad in order to keep improving our service.

All orders we receive by 4.20pm will be packaged and shipped by hand, within 24hrs and anything after 4.20pm will be shipped within 48hrs.
All items will be sent via RoyalMail and will include tracking and insurance.

We understand peoples concern with privacy nowadays so we do not keep any of our customer details on file and make sure all our packages are sent in a professional discreet manor.
